1. 1. When possible, provide client and patient information prior to your arrival.
   2. When possible, provide all medical records prior to your arrival. Your veterinarian should be able to assist.
   3. Please provide us with any other information you think is important. Examples include… clients requiring assistance to and from their vehicle, clients that require a bilingual team member, assistance with a pet who can’t walk or is aggressive.
