This Emergency Center saved my dog’s life with care and compassion. Very professional staff with board certified veterinarians. Specialty surgeons on call for complex surgeries as was required for the medical emergency for our pet. I highly recommend this 24 x 7 modern facility for any pet emergencies.

This review comes from a GP veterinarian! I had to take my own dog to AVCC and they saved her life. I have been practicing for 25 years in general practice and I have been in many veterinary ER hospitals. This is by far the best hospital I have ever seen. The level of care that the patients get is better than most human hospitals. The ER doctors and other specialists were phenomenal….They go the extra mile and more. I will be sending all critical care patients to this hospital from now on. This is the best care available for your pet.

Fantastic Emergency Vet! I cannot recommend them enough. As they are open 24 hours, I could call at any time to check on our beagle, Madeleine. Considering I could barely sleep while she was there for a major surgery, having the option to call even in the middle of the night (and speak to her nurse) was great. That kind of compassion by all staff and doctors is so rare and so appreciated! Finally, considering the sheer volume of animals and the 24 hour service, I was surprised at how clean the facility is. This place has that rare combination of excellent doctors AND excellent management. I’m so thankful they are in our neighborhood!

Advanced Veterinary Care center is the absolute best pet hospital I’ve ever visited. My dog’s platelets were very low and within 4 days they had him stable and back up to normal numbers. I am very grateful to the entire staff at this location for taking such good care of me and my pet. Every single employee we interacted with was absolutely amazing and friendly and informative. As long as I am in South Florida, I will always bring my animals to this hospital. I wish I could recommend this hospital to everybody in the world because it really is the best!

Writing for the mom of Grayson J. We came in for an emergency at 9pm. My fur kid ate my shoe! At 3.5 years old this guy has been to many ER’s. Advanced Veterinary Care Center in Davie, FL was by far the best. Everyone was kind, caring and went above and beyond, from the receptionists, the ER nurse (Maydah) and the doctor (O’Hara). Our nurse Maydah even put the vomited shoe together like a puzzle to make sure everything came out. My fur kid has IBD and everyone made sure that his care -would not trigger a flare up of his condition. Thank you from my family to all your staff. Highly recommend!!!

I am beyond words to express how grateful I am for this place! My sweet boy would have not been with us if not for this place! These people treated my dog as if he was theirs! They showed him so much care and love! They answered the phones whenever I’d call. I called for reassurance and each time they updated me regarding Bailey with a lot of specifics! “Advanced” is the perfect name for this animal emergency care center! We arrived at this hospital scared for our little 11lb pup who broke his leg. The staff immediately went into action caring for him and even took time easing our fears. From surgery to after care they used cutting-edge strategies to ensure his care, comfort, and informing us. Dr. A. is such a treasure…they’re all so lovely! Unfortunately we had to move out of the area halfway through his healing journey and it’s been so hard to find another vet with the same level of skill and care. It opened our eyes to how amazing Advanced really is!

Amazing emergency staff and specialist. Had to bring my 3 month old Boxer puppy when she broke her leg. They were kind, caring, honest, and knowledgeable in helping her get better. Thankful to the orthopedic specialist who aided us in avoiding a costly surgery. We even needed to bring her in one night at 3am when her splint was falling off and they gave her a new one at no additional cost. I highly recommend this 24hr emergency clinic.

The details of our visit to the Advanced Veterinary Care Center aren’t important. What is important, simply put, is we arrived on a Saturday morning and knew absolutely no one at the clinic…our primary vet told us they were the best. She understated how amazing the doctors and staff truly are. Most importantly they know medically what they’re doing. They gave our dog exceptional health care. They also brought a human element and kindness to the situation that isn’t common, but forever will be greatly appreciated. The clinic is an hour from where we live and if another emergency ever arises, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ever.
